2012 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet

The all new 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet can be considered as a reformed sports car. Upon introduction, it comes with a standard 3.6-liter, H6, 444-horsepower engine which can propel the car from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.3 seconds. It has a 6 speed manual and 5 speed automatic transmission. The 5 speed automatic gearshift is specifically geared to the superior power and performance of the turbo charged engine. The mighty air scoops at the front and on the sides show's the world that an open-air porsche turbo is back. The new 911 Turbo Cabriolet comes with four-wheel drive. If the road conditions deteriorate, up to 40 per cent of the engine's drive power is conveyed to the front wheels for superior traction at all times. 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet can achieve 15-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway.

The standard equipment includes All-Wheel Drive, 4-Wheel Anti-Lock Brakes, 6-Speed Manual Transmission, Trunk Anti-Trap Device, Automatic Climate Control, Metallic Paint, Power Windows, Alloy Wheels, Compact Spare Tire. With its electro-hydraulic roof operation the driver can open or close the roof in just 20 seconds at the touch of a button. The unique thing is that opening or closing of the top can be done at up to 31 mph. No more holding up traffic at stoplights as you wait for the top to complete its duty. A wind deflector and a hardtop both come as standard on the 911 Turbo Cabriolet. The four-piston fixed-caliper brakes plus inner-vented, cross-drilled front and rear discs brakes ensure supreme stopping power at all times without the slightest fading. In addition to its dynamic capabilities, the 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet offers comfort and utility. It will be available at a manufacturers suggested retail price of $128,200 U.S. and $187,800 Canadian.
